The image contains news about the continuation of a report from the hygiene and health office, which talks about the flow of the San Francisco River and how the aqueduct does not capture all the water from it due to a clause that prohibits, different data is also given regarding the tanks and the capacity of each of them. In this same they mention the indicated capacity and how the water should flow through the pipes, after this the relationship it has with the citizens and what they do with the water is mentioned, an example could be washing clothes. La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de la continuación de un informe de la oficina de higiene y salubridad, en el cual se habla acerca del caudal del Río San Francisco y cómo el acueducto no capta toda el agua del mismo debido a una cláusula que se lo prohíbe, asimismo se dan diferentes datos referentes a los tanques y la capacidad de cada uno de ellos. En este mismo mencionan el aforo indicado Y cómo debe fluir el agua a través de las tuberías, luego de esto se menciona la relación que tiene con la ciudadanía y lo que hacen con el agua, un ejemplo podría ser el lavado de ropa.
