Abstract

The telematic system for controlling the operation of the service in private surveillance is composed of two mobile applications and a web platform that, using a telecommunications system, are integrated to provide for the private security coordinator with a tool to monitor and control the processes they carry out the security guards at the place entrusted for their custody. With this telematic system, the guard can from the app, describe and take pictures of the novelties that he finds in the tours of rounds, reports security incidents and the beginning and end of the shift. In addition, the guard may make an emergency call to the supervisor when required. This information, useful for security studies and monitoring of the operation, is analyzed by the coordinator entering the web platform of the system.
