Resumen
The present work has as an interest to approach human development from the dialogue between the theater and the creativity within the context of the school. From authors like Howard Gardner, Edward de Bono, J.P Guilford, and Ken Robinson among others, the starting point is established from where the concept of creativity is addressed. Taking into account the theory of the previous authors, the design of strategies is created to facilitate the creation of stagings for the students, while transversally addressing human development. The implementation of the work was carried out with a group of thirty students of the third grade of the primary school of the Toscana-Lisboa School, C, in the town of Suba, in the city of Bogotá. The core question is: How to contribute to human development through theater class in the school environment? The present work tries to generate a horizon in front of the pedagogical objectives of the implementation of the theater in the school.
