En los proyectos constructivos de vías intervienen principalmente dos (2) factores importantes que permiten que la obra se desarrolle de forma adecuada en términos legales, técnicos, administrativos, entre otros, el primer factor es la constructora pues ésta realiza los estudios, el diseño y la construcción de la vía(s), si existen fallas en cualquiera de estas fases el resultado final no tendrá las diferentes características de durabilidad y calidad que se requiere en cualquier tipo de obra vial. El según factor es la interventoría, la cual está encargada de llevar el control desde el inicio hasta la entrega final del proyecto vial, debe vigilar el cumplimiento del contrato, estudios técnicos, diseños, trámites, pólizas en conclusión todo lo que se requiera para la adecuada ejecución del proyecto.
Resumen
In the structural road projects there are two important factors that allow the construction to be properly developed in legal, technical and administrative terms, among others, the first factor is the construction company because it carries out the studies, design and construction of the road(s) .If there are faults in any of these phases the final result will not have the characteristics of durability and quality that are required in any type of roadworks.
The second factor is the auditory, which is in charge of taking control from the beginning to the final delivery of the road project. The audit should monitor the fulfillment of the contract, technical studies, designs, procedures, policies, in conclusion everything that requires for the proper execution of the project.
