Abstract

The recent winter seasons in Colombia have reflected the socio-environmental crisis around water, characterized by the conditions of vulnerability of large sectors of the population, due to the degradation of ecosystems and the difficulties in organizing societies in accordance with ecological conditions. and environmental of the territory. In this work we seek to understand the perspectives on Water Education (EH) of the group of citizens that are part of the Fontibón Local Environmental Commission CAL-F 2017; who construct an approximation to this concept, applicable to the 350,000 inhabitants of the ninth locality, in an extension of 3327.2 Hectares, from the conceptual elements and the discussions that they provide.
