Levantamiento topográfico por técnicas de escanografía de una serie de hipogeos Parque Nacional de Tierradentro Cauca

Abstract

The main goal of this project is to seek the preservation, study and proliferation about three hypogea (underground tombs) which are located in “El alto de San Andres”. They belong to the cultural heritage located in “El Parque Arqueológico Nacional de Tierradentro” that can be found in northern Cauca. We accomplish that by implementing new methodologies to capture and processh data, whereby we use conventional topography, satellite positioning, photogrammetry and laser scenography techniques with the aim of obtaining both precise and detailed information, and authentic. Thus, and so, besides focusing on conservation we scrutinize on showing an archaeo-astronomic analysis, based on the historical roots of the communities that inhabit and inhabited this territory.
