Criterios de la interventoría administrativa para el seguimiento y control de las obras de conexión intradomiciliaria de acueducto y alcantarillado en viviendas de estratos 1 y 2 de 3 municipios de la Región Caribe colombiana

Abstract

The execution of intradomiciliary aqueduct and sewage connections is carried out through inter-administrative agreements between MinVivienda and ENTerritorio, that conducts construction contracts and auditing contracts. Shortcomings have been identified related to delays in the reports’ delivery time for the supervision of ENTerritorio, generally having incomplete information and not meeting the required criteria. This project generated a more assertive document management in the follow-up and control processes carried out by the construction supervisors in their administrative functions on the contracts. As a result of the project, an Excel template was created for the presentation of weekly and monthly reports, which streamlines the processes of uploading and processing information, as well as an audiovisual use guide for the personnel in charge.
