Resumen
The commercial valuation of rural country house is the result of the application of a set of methodologies and technical procedures, backed by the personal judgement of an experienced professional. The department of Putumayo, being subdivided into three geographic regions, such as high, medium and low Putumayo, has a greatly influence on the budgets prices of home inputs to these being directly and indirectly associated with the spatial location of the different buildings of the houses to be directly and indirectly associated with the spatial location of the different buildings. For the particular case was taken 9 points of study which underwent several criteria of analysis such as: Typology, unit price analysis, proximity to municipal headings, capital cities, storage centers, large traders, or factories, obtaining that the investment of greater percentage of the total budget for the construction of the structures (25% average), the roofs (15.5% average) and masonry (18.5% average), essential parts for the construction of the different typologies found in the study
