Abstract

Taking unto account that the supervision si un charge of controlling and demanding compliance with the contractual deadlines, the scope of the project and budget, this thesis will be developed. It consist of generating a tool that that aims to contribute to the management of the administrative auditing , presenting facilities for the monitoring and administrative control of the auditing residents, together with this, a guideline is developed for the administrative residents specific use, who intervene in the execution of the specific case project Passenger terminal and expansion of the airport platform spell of the island of providencia, in the archipelago of San Andrés and Providencia and Santa Catalina. This thesis focuses on proposing a functional tool for auditing entities based on the earned value methodology that allows them to improve their work of verifying and supporting administrative aspects, which exposes the criteria of the physical progress of the project and indices, generating early warnings that speed up decision-making and provide a different tool.
