El presente trabajo se relaciona con la pasantía realizada en la empresa INGENIERIA Y DESARROLLO URBANÍSTICO SAS, el cual muestra el desempeño de las labores ejecutadas en un periodo aprobado por la Universidad Francisco José de Caldas para obtener el título de tecnólogo en construcciones civiles, el objetivo de la correspondiente pasantía es realizar seguimiento y control a las actividades del contrato de consultoría N°CVP-CTO-415-2021 el cual tiene como objetivo: “REALIZAR LOS ESTUDIOS Y DISEÑOS PARA LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DE 25 TRAMOS VIALES (CIV) Y DE LA ZONA VERDE COMUNAL IDENTIFICADA CON EL RUPI 3640-83, UBICADOS EN EL BARRIO CARACOLÍ DE LA LOCALIDAD DE CIUDAD BOLÍVAR EN LA CIUDAD DE BOGOTÁ D.C; EN CONJUNTO CON LA ARMONIZACIÓN, AJUSTE, COMPLEMENTACIÓN Y ACTUALIZACIÓN DE LOS ESTUDIOS Y DISEÑOS DE LA ZONA DE RECUPERACIÓN PAISAJÍSTICA Y AMBIENTAL DEL BARRIO CARACOLÍ, DE CONFORMIDAD CON LOS ESTUDIOS Y DISEÑOS ELABORADOS EN EL CONTRATO DE CONSULTORÍA SDHT 469 DE 2017, EN EL MARCO DEL CONVENIO 613 DE 2020 SUSCRITO CON LA SECRETARÍA DISTRITAL DEL HÁBITAT.”1 Para la elaboración de este trabajo se realizó acompañamiento diario a la consultoría y se apoyó en todos los temas técnicos pertinentes que dieran lugar. Se realizó un comité, en el cual estuvo presente la entidad contratante y el contratista donde se socializa y se da la entrega de la información necesaria para tener conocimiento del proceso de consultoría para dar cumplimiento al objeto del contrato. Posteriormente a todo lo mencionado anteriormente se dará una explicación a fondo de cómo se ejecuta las actividades realizadas durante la pasantía, los conocimientos utilizados y adquiridos durante los tiempos establecidos. Lo cual permitirá sustentar la idea general del correspondiente trabajo y la importancia del contrato; se finalizará con la entrega de un informe el cual tendrá como objeto resaltar la importancia de la consultoría a realizar.
Resumen
The current working document addresses to the assistantship developed in the company INGENIERIA Y DESARROLLO URBANÍSTICO SAS, which reflects the performance of the tasks carried out in a period, approved by the Francisco José de Caldas University to obtain the title of technologist in civil constructions, the objective of the corresponding assistantship is to monitor and control the activities of the consulting contract N ° CVP-CTO-415-2021 that aims to: "DEVELOP STUDIES AND DESIGNS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 25 ROAD SECTIONS (CIV) AND THE COMMUNITY GREEN ZONE IDENTIFIED WITH RUPI 3640-83, LOCATED IN THE CARACOLÍ NEIGHBORHOOD OF THE CITY OF CIUDAD BOLÍVAR IN THE CITY OF BOGOTÁ DC; TOGETHER WITH THE CITY OF BOGOTÁ DC; ADJUSTMENT, COMPLEMENTATION AND UPDATING OF THE STUDIES AND DESIGNS OF THE LANDSCAPE AND ENVIRONMENTAL RECOVERY ZONE OF THE CARACOLÍ NEIGHBORHOOD, IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE STUDIES AND DESIGNS ESTABLISHED IN THE 2017 CONSULTANCY CONTRACT OF THE SDHT 469, OF THE FRAMEWORK OF THE AGREEMENT 613 OF 2020 SIGNED WITH THE DISTRICT HABITAT SECRETARIAT." For the development of this work, the consultancy was monitored daily and supported by all relevant technical issues that might arise. A committee was held, in which the contracting entity and the contractor where it is socialized were present and the necessary information was provided to have knowledge of the consulting process to comply with the object of the contract. After everything mentioned above, a thorough explanation will be given of how the activities carried out during the internship are executed, the knowledge used and acquired during the established times. Which will support the general idea of the corresponding work and the importance of the contract; It will end with the delivery of a report which will have the purpose of highlighting the importance of the consultancy to be carried out.
