Abstract

This document reflects the execution and development of the Fundación Fénix Colombia Administrative Structure project carried out for the Fundacion Fenix Colombia whose corporate purpose is to "Promote, promote and instill in young people of vulnerable ages and / or low-income a healthy lifestyle by means of of social and cultural projects and programs that lead to social inclusion, and provide resources for the development and proper functioning of the entities that we can support. " Seen from the strategic framework, strategic planning and quality processes, in the Fundacion Fenix Colombia organization, it is expressed with the interest of weaving communicative actions and managerial processes in favor of the strengthening of continuous improvement, focused on theoretical criteria, with structural application in their areas. With the foregoing, the intention is expressed to reflect the proposals for the application of projects for the strengthening of the economic sector and positioning at the business level. Taking into account the knowledge acquired through the academy and bearing fruit as sports administrators, it is desired to enter the labor field devising successful proposals, ideal for organizations that have credibility towards knowledge and seek knowledge to trace the path to success business.
