La actualización y documentación presentada en este proyecto busca cumplir con los principios del Sistema Integrado de Gestión en las entidades y organismos distritales nombrados en la NTD-SIG 001: 2011 bajo los lineamientos establecidos en la NTCGP 1000:2009. Los pasantes se encargaron de realizar las funciones que se describen a continuación:
• La documentación de los respectivos procedimientos y formatos asociados a los procesos misionales que componen el SIGUD, después del ajuste y estandarización de los mismos.
• La construcción y ajuste de indicadores que permitan realizar un seguimiento, análisis y toma de decisiones.
• Elaboración de mapas de riesgos y apoyo a la aplicación y desarrollo de la Metodología para la Administración de Riesgos establecidas en la Guía Para la Administración de Riesgos DAFP.
Resumen
The update and documentation presented in this project seeks to expire with the beginning of the Integrated System of Management in the entities and organisms distritales named in the NTD-SIG 001: 2011 under the limits established in the NTCGP 1000:2009. The assistants took charge realizing the functions that are described later: The documentation of the respective procedures and formats associated with the processes misionales that compose the SIGUD, after the adjustment and standardization of the same ones. The construction and adjustment of indicators that allow to realize a follow-up, analysis and capture of decisions. Production of maps of risks and I rest to the application and development of the Methodology for the Administration of Risks established on the Guide For the Administration of Risks DAFP.
