Apoyo técnico y administrativo en diferentes áreas, especialmente en el área de acueducto y alcantarillado para la dirección de servicios públicos de la Alcaldía Municipal de Soacha - Cundinamarca

Abstract

This report will discuss the activities carried out during the internship period at the Soacha Municipal Mayor's Office. Specificall in the direction of public services, where the traceability of processes in charge of the Aqueduct and Sewerage service providers is performed. In addition to monitoring to ensure that the service is provided optimally for each of the users in the municipality. The activities of the entity are in line with the professional profile of the career since it requires technical knowledge to deal with one of the problems faced by the management. The support during the internship was between October until December 2022, where the minimum number of hours required by the university for the approval of the internship were completed. The internship focused on problems associated mostly to the pluvial and sanitary networks of both the E.A.A.B. and the networks in charge of the mayor's office, where a process of reception, classification of requests, verification through technical visit required, technical report, transfer to the corresponding entity or agency and finally a follow-up of each case for the response by the company providing the service was carried out. The main contributions during this period are a georeferenced base with unified information on the companies providing aqueduct and sewage services in the municipality, social and administrative management of the processes that were covered during this period, an update of internal and external contacts for a faster management of the processes and an approach to joint work with the community for development projects, among others.
