Abstract

The objective of this document is to determine the main steps that must be carried out to create a Topographical Engineering, construction and machinery rental company. Thus, this document contains 3 chapters that explicitly and specifically explain each of the steps that must be taken into account for the creation and structuring of the business plan for an entrepreneurial project in Colombia. Chapter 1 mainly contains the objectives of the project and all those theoretical specifications that anyone who wishes to create a company in the country minimally needs, such as; the types of companies, the forms of association allowed by Colombian legislation, the entities that promote the ventures, the description of the procedures that must be carried out before the chamber of commerce and the documents to be presented, in the same way as all the legislation that governs the operation of the company as such. In addition, important terms are added for structuring the business idea, such as market research, among others. For its part, chapter 2 captures everything necessary to bring the creation of the company to reality, dividing it into two phases: the ideological structuring part of the project and the legal requirements. In the first phase, the following are described: the company name, the mission, the vision, the economic activities, the location of its facilities, the description of the company and the services to be provided, and finally, the organization chart together with the operating manuals. functions to be performed within Constructora Torres Ingeniería S.A.S. In the second phase you can find the legal requirements that must be met for the creation of the company, starting with the verification of non-existence of the name that will be given to the company (Certificate of Homonymy), determination of the type of company to be created. , verification and compliance with the regulations for the constitution of a SAS creation of the private document, generation of RUT and commercial certificate, among others, to finally determine the share capital and the corporate purpose that the business idea will have. Finally, chapter 3 is dedicated to the financial evaluation of the project, in which the initial data is determined, with which the business idea is projected at a time. The tax rate, the trema, the reinvestment rate, inflation projections, and products and sales are also established, of which, through a series of very detailed analyses, it will be achieved determine the feasibility of the project.
