Análisis de viabilidad para la implementación de mallas atrapanieblas en la vereda San Antonio bajo en el municipio de Arbeláez - Cundinamarca

Abstract

This is a prefeasibility study, the objective of which is to observe the feasibility of implementing a fog trap system and its subsequent impact on the San Antonio Bajo sector in the municipality of Arbeláez, taking into account the specific environmental variables of the sector, analyzing the different styles of fog catchers, comparing and testing the different materials with which these prototypes can be manufactured. It is presented as a project which seeks to supply the needs, such as the lack of water in the sector and to evaluate its operation as a complementary water collection system. Different fog catcher mesh geometries and the material in which the prototypes will be designed were investigated and tested. It was evidenced that the amount collected from the liquid gives to expect good results with larger prototypes
