Abstract

The present work refers to a proposal of entrepreneurship which is based on the customization of furniture made with the design and characteristics suggested by the client, thus solving the need to obtain a piece of furniture with their tastes and specific measures. The manufactured furniture fits in different types of real estate such as: houses, offices, apartments and other structures that are used by people in their daily use. Often that the world and society develop in new needs arise in terms of different aspects that the properties or places of stay of people present, these range from small places that need multifunctional furniture or places that need a certain structure of furniture, in any case it is very subjective and it is for this reason that you want to make a business plan to create a company that provides these services care. This document will present a work plan starting with a formulation of the problem in which the background of the proposal will be given, the definition of the problem and its subsequent justification, followed by the information of a frame of reference that contextualizes the concepts about the subject, to later end in a methodology and chronogram that will show the activities and contents that the project will have.
