En el territorio colombiano existen muchas edificaciones consideradas como patrimonio cultural, que son la historia de cualquier ciudad y que de acuerdo a la normatividad vigente NSR-10, la mayoría de este tipo de edificaciones y estructuras, se realizaron bajo a ausencia de criterios técnicos, lo que implica que son estructuras vulnerables ante eventos telúricos que pueden llegar a presentar fallas en su sistema constructivo y afectar la integridad de las personas que estén haciendo uso de ella.
Desde la perspectiva profesional y enmarcando los rasgos de la historia colombiana y sus diferentes etapas, se realizó una metodología para que la interventoría técnica lleve un control y seguimiento en proyectos de reforzamiento estructural, para estructuras de casas de uno y dos pisos construidas en material de adobe y tapia consideradas patrimonio cultural, donde buscaremos marcar una diferencia que no solo nos permitirá dar cumplimiento a los parámetros establecidos por la norma, sino a aportar de manera positiva a la recuperación de edificaciones de patrimonio cultural.
Resumen
In the Colombian territory there are many buildings considered as cultural heritage, which are the history of any city and according to current regulations NSR-10, most of this type of buildings and structures, were made under the absence of technical criteria, which implies that they are structures vulnerable to earthquake events that can present failures in their construction system and affect the integrity of the people who are making use of it.
From a professional perspective and framing the features of Colombian history and its different stages, a methodology was carried out so that the technical audit carries out control and monitoring of structural reinforcement projects, for structures of one and two-story houses built in material of adobe and rammed earth considered cultural heritage, where we will seek to make a difference that will not only allow us to comply with the parameters established by the standard, but also to contribute positively to the recovery of cultural heritage buildings.
