El presente documento corresponde al Proyecto Final de Grado el cual tiene como título “EVALUACIÓN DE LA ESCORIA DE ACERÍA PROVENIENTE DE ACERÍAS PAZ DEL RÍO S.A. COMO MATERIAL PARA OPTIMIZAR LAS PROPIEDADES DE UNA SUBBASE GRANULAR (SBG) TIPO INVIAS”, esto con el fin de combinar dichos materiales buscando implementar y optimizar la estructura de vías secundarias de acuerdo con las normas nacionales de control INVIAS para uso frecuente en los ensayos de laboratorio implementados en la construcción de carreteras, las cuales derivan de fundamentos geotécnicos internacionales.
En el presente documento se hace un análisis comparativo entre los resultados de los ensayos de laboratorios realizados en el laboratorio de suelos de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas facultad tecnológica y las normas - especificaciones 2012 INVIAS; de estos ensayos se hace énfasis en la norma INV-E-148-07 “CBR de laboratorio” donde además de realizar las proporciones de 100% para la subbase (SBG) y escoria de acería (EA) se hicieron las combinaciones (90% SBG – 10% EA), (75% SBG – 25% EA), (50% SBG – 50% EA) y (25% SBG – 75% EA), como estudio adicional se analizó la viabilidad de la combinación de dichos materiales en el factor económico.
Resumen
This document corresponds to the Final Degree Project which has the title "EVALUATION OF THE SLOPE OF STEEL FROM ACERÍAS PAZ DEL RÍO S.A. AS A MATERIAL TO OPTIMIZE THE PROPERTIES OF A GRANULAR SUBBASE (SBG) TYPE INVIAS ", this in order to combine said materials seeking to implement and optimize the structure of secondary roads in accordance with the national control standards INVIAS for frequent use in the tests of laboratory implemented in road construction, which derive from international geotechnical foundations.
In the present document a comparative analysis is made between the results of the tests of laboratories carried out in the soil laboratory of the Francisco José de Caldas District University faculty and the standards - specifications 2012 INVIAS; of these tests emphasizes the standard INV-E-148-07 "CBR of laboratory" where in addition to perform the proportions of 100% for the subbase (SBG) and steel slag (EA) combinations were made (90% SBG - 10% EA), (75% SBG - 25% EA), (50% SBG - 50% EA) and (25% SBG - 75% EA), as an additional study the feasibility of the combination of these materials was analyzed in the economic factor.
