Análisis de los recursos técnico-interpretativos y los roles instrumentales del charango en las obras del concierto titulado “Colcha de charangos”

Abstract

This document presents an analytical work based on the perspective of instrumental roles and technical-interpretative resources used in the charango interpretation in musical pieces of the concert program "Colcha de Charangos", which purpose is to locate the charango in contrasting instrumental formats and at the same time, to gather compositions and adaptations of Colombian origin. The analysis was carried out based on the understanding of sound elements used by the composer of these musical pieces as well as by charango player, using the style analysis proposed by Jean LaRue as main reference. This work demonstrates how the use of technical-interpretative resources in the charango, has correspondence with the differents roles it can assume and with the result of the desired sound. Also, it is evident that the interpretative decisions arose from the reflection during the montage process and later, they were registered in the analyzes carried out for each work.
