Abstract

This document aims to design the Didactic Manual for the correct use of the laboratory assigned to Industrial Technology and Production Engineering, reference was made to the laboratory processes contained in the GSC of this, according to requirements and needs, In addition, the preliminary safety diagnosis of the laboratories belonging to the technological faculty; this is why, which has the general information of the laboratory, rights and duties of the users, besides the general recommendations for the use and permanence in the laboratory, additionally the normativity as such for this purpose. Likewise, by means of evaluation of the management indicators corresponding to the Laboratory was diagnosed the provision of the services provided by this to the educational community; In this way it was possible to measure the execution of the GSC procedures of said Laboratory; this allows to know the provision of services to the different users of these laboratories seeking to optimize the use of the resources with which it is counted in Industrial Technology and Production Engineering, in addition to identifying the shortcomings and thus achieving a better quality of service. Additionally, the preliminary diagnosis of Safety and Health at Work (TSS) was made of the seven laboratories belonging to the Faculty of Technology, who render their services to the academic programs of this faculty, once this diagnosis was made as a result, the inspection reports were structured and the relevant findings and recommendations were recorded.
