Resumen
This research work aims to analyze the relations between weather variables temperature and wind speed and concentrations of air pollutants CO and NOx from the data supplied by the ASAB Station Surveillance System of Air Quality University Francisco José de Caldas for the months of April, May and June 2014 a methodology aimed mainly to the management of daily records issued by the ASAB station in order to facilitate further analysis of information made was established. An analysis from observations of the information processed and presented as tables and graphs concentration of lines, to facilitate the proposed analysis was raised. Patterns of behavior for pollutant concentrations and meteorological variables showed a uniform behavior, representing a series of peaks of maximum concentration where the inputs of pollutants is directly related more to the daily wastewater emissions per share meteorological activity did not dissipate and because atmospheric stability remain trapped for hours in the morning, then become an added contaminant in the morning CO and NOx generated during startup of production activities, after the occurrence of the event concentration peaks period fluctuation of weather derivative atmospheric instability which affects heavily on the concentrations of contaminants, during this period fluctuation and wind action CO concentrations given and NOx decrease largely due to the active dispersion is given by the behavior of wind speeds. Subsequently the findings and recommendations needed to complete this work were raised.
