Ítem Actualización catastral en Bogotá con información planimétrica y altimétrica usando dron con LidarCastañeda Franco, Danna Juliette; Castañeda Castañeda, Andrés Mauricio; Quintero Ávila, Jose AnselmoThe cadastral update in the different cadastral authorities of Colombia is developed by generating site visits, so that work groups (crews) are established that are visiting each property to confront the current conditions of the property with those described in the base map with which the entity has. This process may have in a deficiency in the report of the cadastral update, since it is an activity that represents delays in time and high economic impacts in the face of what implies the updating of cadastral appraisals as a basis for calculating taxes. It is for this cause, that an alternative proposal is proposed to advance the cadastral update process using remote sensing tools, specifically through of drone with LiDAR because its technical characteristics and utility with respect to the proposals of multi-purpose cadastres in which it is required to use property sweeps.Ítem Análisis de la minería mediante la generación de cartografía por medio de drones (UAV) como implementación de análisis de riesgos en el Municipio de Une CundinamarcaRojas Velásquez, María Carolina; Romero Carrillo, Juan Sebastián; Ramírez Ramos, Carlos GermánThe purpose of this document is to carry out a risk zoning by mass removal in the strip of influence of the "El Pedregal" quarry in the municipality of Une Cundinamarca. Starting from this fact, the threat can be identified by means of the Mora and Vahrson methodology. On the other hand, to determine vulnerability, the soil cover of the study area is identified and a weight is assigned to each one of them. The parameters used in Mora and Varhson's methodology to determine the threat are The data for each of these parameters are obtained from official sources. However, to obtain the variable referring to the relief, it is necessary to carry out a post-processing with images captured by Dron (Mavic Pro), which is implemented as an innovative method of taking cartographic information, In this process, seven flights are made covering the entire area of study, in addition to this, twelve control points are taken with GPS equipment, coordinates that once post-processed give greater accuracy to the orthoimage, which corresponds to the main input to determine both coverage and local topography. Once this information is obtained, the resulting hazard and vulnerability maps are overlapped using map algebra to obtain the existing risk zoning where the areas with the highest and lowest risk factors due to the development of mining activity are defined.Ítem Dispositivo para la medición de contaminantes criterio en la atmósfera bogotana, mediante el uso de un vehículo aéreo no tripulado (Dron)Estrada Rincón, Luis Carlos; Gutiérrez Ortiz, Andrés Felipe; Rozo García, Pablo EmilioAir pollution in densely populated cities has been increasing considerably in recent decades, Bogotá, for example, is one of the most polluted areas of Latin America, this reason is transcendental so that, from the academy, especially from higher education, projects are generated to help in some proportion to reduce pollution levels. This document intends to show a different method for design and implementation of a device that allows measuring, registering and visualizing criteria pollutants (PM2.5, PM10, O3 and CO) that determine air quality in certain area of interest, it will also be anchored to an unmanned aerial vehicle, better known as a drone, making measurements in places that a fixed station does not reach. To develop the prototype, several areas of electronic engineering will be used, such as design with microcontrollers, industrial instrumentation, data processing, signals and fundamental programming concepts area. The above, in order to contribute "a grain of sand" to create public policies and awareness in society to help counteract pollution in the capital, protecting the well-being of the population.Ítem Manual de topografía aplicado a la recolección y procesamiento de datos tomados con drones en procesos forensesGómez Sánchez, Erika Alejandra; Mayorga Beltrán, Santiago; Rodríguez Rojas, Carlos AlfredoThis monograph proposes the creation of a survey manual applied to the collection and processing of data taken with drones in forensic processes, in search of making available to all a tool that simplifies and optimizes times to find methods or techniques that are specific to criminal scenarios; where it is intended to explain concepts and procedures that are not yet established or recorded in some technical documentation of the topography by competent entities both state and private. That is why, for this project it becomes predominant to accurately inform the concepts necessary for a correct analysis and interpretation of the information to be described, after this the integral development of field and office topography will be given way because this area of knowledge is responsible for providing the localization of objects on the terrestrial plane , determination of angles, among other components required for the technical report. Finally, it is intended to announce the first topography manual with guidance in two areas which simultaneously generate a breakthrough for the judicial field, providing evidence that is precisely appropriate for the rebuttal of a forensic opinion.Ítem Procesamiento digital de imágenes obtenidas con dron mediante el uso de software libreSánchez Ariza, Carlos Iván; Calderón Muñoz, Anderson; Barragán Zaque, WilliamIn the current world, the high practicality and accuracy of drones (Remotely Piloted Aircraft System) in relation to classical techniques has increased their use in a variety of applications and functions. It makes them an optimal alternative, since their use offers a previously unattainable. In addition, the ease of reaching hard-to-reach places to obtain or collect information at a lower cost and time. In the field of Topographic Engineering, it is essential to know the types of drones and their proper use, the development of projects related to data collection and analysis. Likewise, it is necessary to highlight that the quality of the images reflects an appropriate processing, a process that is proposed to be executed through the use of free software (MicMac).Ítem Variaciones métricas entre la topografía convencional y topografía a partir de procesamiento de imágenes obtenidas con dron, aplicando métodos estadísticosLópez Ayala, Brandon Sebastián; Barragán Zaque, William BenignoThe topography is the basis for the beginning, development and completion of any engineering work, where, starting from a terrain modeling, the ability to configure an idea about it is provided; made possible by two of the main survey methods, such as: data capture with conventional topography, station and prism, and aerial imaging with UAV and subsequent digital process. The continuous evolution of the instruments used to carry out these surveys and the search to improve the precision, quality and density of information among other factors, led this project to be in charge of comparing these two procedures, taking into account, from its inception , processing and resulting outputs. And in this way to know the existing variations between its coordinates and digital elevation models, both visually and statistically, determining its effect for practical results. The application of these two methods was carried out in a soccer field built in natural grass, located in the city of Bogotá, specifically in the Marsella neighborhood. With the statistical components and visual comparisons, a notable variation in the height attribute was evidenced, for each of the points obtained between the conventional method and the use of aerial photographs with UAVs. Thus concluding that the two techniques are complementary, with advantages and disadvantages. On the one hand, the traditional topographic survey has high precision bases and results in its components (x, y, z). On the contrary, in the product of aerial images, the elevation is considerably affected, preserving its properties in x, y coordinates.
