Ítem Análisis del grado de madurez en la gestión de proyectos en una mediana empresa de construcción en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C.Roncancio Cabrejo, Nancy Viviana; Correa Mora, Ana María; Cubillos Rojas, José Luis; Pineda Jaimes, Jorge Arturo; Pineda Jaimes, Jorge Arturo [0000-0002-0953-9745]The study aimed to evaluate a medium-sized construction company's project management maturity in Bogotá, D.C., using the ISO 21502 standard as a benchmark. Surveys were conducted across different hierarchical levels, revealing a medium-low maturity level and signaling the need for substantial internal practice improvements. Consideration of the company's growth conditions led to the selection of ISO 21502, a flexible standard accommodating organizational specifics. Tailored construction sector surveys pinpointed areas for enhancement. The findings informed an action plan focusing on standardizing processes. This work underscores the significance of implementing optimal project management practices to elevate maturity levels and efficiency in construction.Ítem Dosificación óptima de agergado de aprovechamiento obtenido de la mezcla de agregado pétreo y de triturado del concreto proveniente de RCD para la implementación en asfalto denso en frioUbaque Benavides, Sergio Mauricio; Roncancio Cabrejo, Nancy Viviana; Villota Posso, Hernando AntonioDue to the need to Recycle, Reuse and Reduce that as in everything else, it must also be implemented in the field of civil constructions, but up to what percentage these recycled materials can be used in combination with the raw materials to ensure their correct functioning for the Particular destinations, due to that, it was tried to establish that combination of mixture between natural stone aggregates with crushed concrete coming from the RCD is the most optimal to implement it in cold asphalt, to know this percentage should be restricted to comply with the regulations Colombian instituted by the Instituto de Desarrollo Urbano IDU having a portfolio of technical specificationsÍtem Estimación del índice de resiliencia de un sistema de excavación para sótanos en Bogotá D.C., estudio de caso: torre administrativa SENA.Roncancio Cabrejo, Nancy Viviana; Pedreros Alba, Jazmin Natalia; Pineda Jaimes, Jorge ArturoTo estimate the resilience index of a system, a qualitative-quantitative methodology is required, which allows covering a large part of the characteristics that affect its resilience. For this reason, the finding of the resilience index for this work was made from the quotient of the performance function of the system in two times, which will be defined by the occurrence of an abrupt event: instant before and after it, and it is based on the analysis of four fundamental parameters, taken into account within the concept of resilience in Civil Engineering such as robustness, redundancy, management capacity and recovery.
