Ítem Apoyo a la elaboración de la 4.ª colección de mapas anuales de cobertura de la tierra para la Amazonía colombiana durante el periodo 1985 - 2021 bajo la metodología MapBiomas como base para el análisis multitemporal de fragmentación del bosque húmedo tropical (bh-t) en el resguardo indígena Jerusalén San Luis Alto Picudito en el periodo 2000 - 2020Vera Díaz, Valentina; Bustos Linarez, Angie Yorleny; Rivas Diazgranados, Mariam; Rojas Suárez, AdrianaThe generation of multi-temporal land cover data is one of the main inputs for the analysis of the dynamics of natural land cover change and the problems derived from it, such as ecosystem fragmentation, in order to establish measures aimed at territorial planning and biodiversity conservation. In this sense, through the articulation of artificial intelligence algorithms with remote sensing tools and geographic information systems, the MapBiomas initiative developed its fourth collection of annual land cover maps for the Colombian Amazon between 1985 and 2021, from which an analysis of tropical rainforest fragmentation (bh-T) was carried out in three time periods: 2000 to 2007, 2007 to 2014, and 2014 to 2020; in the indigenous resguardo Jerusalén San Luis Alto Picudito, located in the deforestation core of Putumayo and inhabited by the Nasa-Páez community. It was found that the initial area of bh-T is being transformed into a matrix of use with small patches of forest isolated from each other that tend to present simple geometries with a higher degree of susceptibility to the edge effect and greater probability of extinction, from 2000 to 2020 a total of 648.9 ha of bh-T were lost, equivalent to 16% of the forest area in the year 2000. Finally, some alternatives are recommended to improve aspects of the MapBiomas methodology and some measures to contain the increase in fragmentation in the reserve and mitigate its effects on both biodiversity and the indigenous community.Ítem Apoyo en los procesos de actualización de información geográfica y temática de los planes de manejo de áreas protegidas de parques nacionales naturales de Colombia, para su integración y divulgación en ArcGIS online.López Suárez, María Fernanda; Rivas Diazgranados, Mariam; Rozo Melo, Adriana MargaritaProtected areas (PA) have become relevant worldwide as an in situ conservation strategy, since in addition to preserving biodiversity, they have become spaces for sustainable use, recreation, tourism, research and monitoring, offering an alternative for the community in general and especially for those who live there, also being in line with the objectives of sustainable development. Through the development of this work in an internship modality, under the Estado Joven program, support was provided for the review, purification and consolidation of geographic information, mainly on the thematic line of research and monitoring, and especially, that generated through endorsements of investigation, to the Group of Planning and Management of National Natural Parks of Colombia in order to integrate them and make the respective disclosure in ArcGIS Online tools. Support was also provided in adjustments to the management plan experiences of 11 PAs and in the interactive elaboration of the zoning and management intentions and the updating of the database on the guarantees granted during the current year. In this sense, there are 12 story maps as results and products generated, of which 11 correspond to the disclosure of the zoning and management intentions of assigned PAs and 1 used to disclose the research portfolios of the 62 PAs of the System of National Natural Parks of Colombia. The construction of 2 experience builders was also carried out for the thematic line of research and monitoring, 1 dashboard for the specific case of the results of research endorsements and 2 Web Maps used in the construction of these results.Ítem Desarrollo de aplicación móvil Android capaz de realizar cálculos topográficosPérez Franco, Maicol Iván; Castro Suárez, Diana Paola; Rivas Diazgranados, MariamTopography is a science that demands a high level of precision in its works in order to evaluate the quality of the same. The complete development of the topographic works consists of the collection of data in the field, for the later calculation of the same in office. In some occasions the data obtained in the field can present errors that are not evident until the moment in which the corresponding calculations are developed, these errors affect directly the precision of the work carried out and therefore its quality and in most of the cases they force to the repetition of a part or the totality of the work, which represents additional costs to the entity in charge. In order to support the work in the field, Topography Calculator was developed, a mobile application for Android programmed in Unity software using the C# programming language. Topography Calculator is presented to the public as an alternative to existing programs for topographic calculations of planimetry and altimetry, offering a novel quality, it can be executed on cell phones, which is practical, innovative, economical and efficient. Topography Calculator allows users to calculate and adjust closed polygonals by compass, Crandall and least squares methods, as well as adjust open polygonals with controlled closure and calculate compound geometric leveling from the comfort of the mobile device.Ítem Divulgación y actualización de información geográfica de los planes de manejo de las áreas protegidas de parques nacionales naturales en ArcGIS onlinePrieto Rodríguez, Jimena; Rivas Diazgranados, MariamProtected areas are an important tool for biodiversity conservation; they generate national and international strategies for the conservation of the organisms that inhabit them, and they also serve as indicators of human interactions with respect to the natural environment; protected areas also represent a commitment to future generations within the framework of sustainable development. The management of protected areas goes beyond their declaration and delimitation, which is why complementary thematic lines have been created to complement the management plans, and as a result, the National Natural Parks of Colombia (PNNC) as a public and national entity, with the interest of disseminating mission information, has advanced the process of disseminating information on protected areas, has advanced processes of disclosure of the information collected from the different protected areas, in order to provide stakeholders with clear and detailed information on the processes that are carried out there, available as open data, in the context of this context the development of the internship was carried out.Ítem Manual de apoyo para la revisión altimétrica del drenaje en el diseño y construcción de una vía y espacio público en zonas urbanas con alta variación entre cotas de las vías de empalme y entre los accesos de las viviendasBautista Romero, Carlos Ricardo; Rivas Diazgranados, MariamThe main objective of this support guide is to provide the intervening surveyor, the construction surveyor, the road designer and the public space designer, a document in which they will find the most common runoff drainage problems, which are present at the moment. to match the design with the existing infrastructure and some possible solutions to these problems. The development and elaboration of this guide is based on several years of topographic experience on site, in the multiple cases of problems observed in the field during this period and in the follow-up of the solutions given to this type of problems; In this way, some of the most common cases that generate this problem were classified and some proposals for solutions to these problems were developed.Ítem Procesamiento de la información topográfica para los estudios y diseños de la malla vial en las localidades de Ciudad Bolívar y BosaBarajas Fonseca, Adrian Nicolás; Rivas Diazgranados, MariamThe following document presents the work plan used in the development of the consultancy activities carried out together with the company Geodinámica Ingeniería S.A. and the Geojam Hábitat Consortium in the city of Bogotá in the localities of Ciudad Bolívar and Bosa, for the restoration and improvement of the road network and public space. The methodology used for the execution and processing of information from the topographic surveys and the assistance provided to the professionals in charge of geometric and pavement design is presented.
