Ítem Activación de la contingencia para el sistema SAP ERP productivo del cliente ABBOTT LAFRANCOL como plan de recuperación ante desastresGarcía Calderón, Miguel Ángel; Puerto Leguizamón, Gustavo AdolfoAmong the various disaster recovery options, cloud technology has played an important role, especially for small and medium-sized businesses. Disaster recovery options give companies flexibility to choose and plan accordingly. Disaster recovery in the SAP environment refers to copying the log files from the database. The information managed by SAP is stored in the database. Consequently, any changes to the database are represented in the logs. When you send log files to a remote server assigned for disaster recovery, you can retrieve all the information when necessary. The development of this project will guarantee that the client has a contingency at the time that a disaster occurs or when they decide to enable it. In this case, the closed connection test will be carried out to ensure that the contingency of a productive SAP ERP system continues to function, transactions are generated (electronic invoicing in this case) when you lose connection to your main server and can continue with its normal operation. through the server (contingency) guaranteeing the high availability of the systems.Ítem Algoritmo de volcado de tráfico incorporando segmentación de red para sistemas de comunicación inalámbricos definidos por softwareAlcántara Cortés, Cristian Camilo; Gómez Valencia, Juan Sebastián; Puerto Leguizamón, Gustavo AdolfoIt is anticipated that the broad spectrum of software defined networks (Software Define Networking, SDN) will be responsible for acting directly in providing a dynamic and scalable implementation of network services, this being a solution to constant increase that has been presented in mobile devices connected to the Internet. Among the main effects of this immeasurable growth is the control of data traffic, since it is necessary to generate new alternatives that become sustainable to manage the network. Consequently, we propose a traffic dump algorithm focused on 5G mobile networks and this document describes all the necessary development to design and evaluate the functionality of said algorithm, whose main objective will be to dump the traffic within different virtual ports that make reference to the concept of network segmentation of 5G mobile technology, in order to properly manage network traffic, guaranteeing some quality of service (QoS) parameter. To evaluate the scope of the algorithm, it will be implemented on a software-defined network (SDN) in an emulated way using the ONOS controller.Ítem Algoritmo de volcado del tráfico de datos para redes inalámbricas sobre una red definida por softwareRomero Avendaño, Sebastian; Sánchez Huertas, Jann Camilo; Puerto Leguizamón, Gustavo AdolfoIt is expected that software-define networking (SDN) will be responsible for providing an implementation in network services in a dynamic and scalable manner, being this a solution to the exponential growth that has been presented in the number of devices connected to the network. Further, due to this growth there is a need to have new alternatives to be able to handle the growth in data traffic. In consequence, we propose a offload algorithm and in this paper describes all the development necessary to design and evaluate said algorithm, whose main objective will be to data traffic offload from a wireless interface (e.g. Wi-Fi) to a wired interface (e.g. ethernet), in order to guarantee some quality of service (QoS) parameter. To evaluate the capabilities of the algorithm, it will be implemented on an SDN in an emulated and physical way, using the ONOS controller.Ítem Análisis de estructuras basadas en dispositivos ópticos para la reconfiguración de canales ópticos en redes de accesoOrtiz León, Ariana; Cruz Puerto, Fabián Enrique; Puerto Leguizamón, Gustavo AdolfoTelecommunications are undoubtedly a fundamental part of the economy and the technological advancement of a country in addition to having a significant impact on societies modern, that is why they have been evolving by leaps and bounds since the year 1979 where the first automated mobile communications network was introduced commercial, until reaching the present where, according to figures provided by Mobi- the GSMA Economy in 2018 there are 7.8 billion unique users of mobile telephony and about 8,485 million devices connected to the internet at the world, exceeding for the first time the world population (7.6 billion people). The advances presented during these almost 40 years range from the shipment of packages of voice and data up to the increase of the speed in data transmission and bandwidth managed in the devices, evolving from the implemented technology to changes in the architecture of telecommunications networks improving the quality of service provided to users however, due to high user demand mobile new advances are required that improve the time and speed of trans- data mission. This project will present an alternative for the evolution of telecommunications, with the proposal of a reconfigurable network architecture that implements photonic devices in its physical layer. This aspect represents a change significant in the conception of the network, giving way to a more flexible compared to existing ones and opening the door to new technologies like 5G since such a reconfiguration takes full advantage of the benefits that provides fiber optics in data transmission, thus creating a new “highway digital ”for this new generation of telecommunications.Ítem Análisis de las capacidades de sensado de las redes de difracción de BraggZamora León, Yeisson Johan; Rodriguez Nieto, Maikoll Andres; Puerto Leguizamón, Gustavo AdolfoIn this document is described the general operation of Bragg diffraction gratings and their behavior how sensor. In confinement situations as the happened during the last years, has been observed as the internet connections through fix networks, the most of these wireless networks, continues being fundamental to ensure the connectivity of the people in their homes, this is associated on one hand to the relative high cost of the data mobile connections compared with the fix networks and on the other hand to the poor cellular coverage on some regions. In this scenario the WiFi systems continues playing a fundamental rol on the current communications systems, even though this solutions have been already explored, the WiFi systems permit the convergence with different cellular systems and convert the WiFi in a solution to ensure services as the voice to a low cost compared with the conventional networks on services as the international roaming and the switched voice.Ítem Análisis de una cavidad fabry-perot en sensores ópticos basados en redes de difracción de BraggPuerto Sanchez, Joan Sebastian; Corregidor Carreño, Edward Libardo; Puerto Leguizamón, Gustavo AdolfoIn this degree project we intend to study the onFabry Perot configuration composed of FBGs, which can be analyzed with apodized or non-apodized FBGs. To this aim, we have analyzed the basic operating principles of the amplifier, the physical structures that have been proposed for its construction and mathematical modeling based on material analysis following its size and construction. Mathematical modeling varies if this device is studied as a bulk element, or if considered a device formed by quantum wells or multiple quantum wells. A study of different configurations based on Semiconductor Optical Amplifier allowing wave regeneration in both amplitude and shape was performed. This is known as 2R regeneration of digital signal. Three configurations are mainly analyzed. The first analyzed configuration is known as Mach Zehnder interferometer (MZI).The second configuration uses an element called saturable absorber, in particular an electro-absorber used in cascade with the Semiconductor Optical Amplifier. The third and final configuration is based on cross-gain compression (XGC) and uses cross-gain-modulation (XGM). Finally one of the configurations was chosen to be implemented in a computer simulation tool; in this case the settings used XGC due to their characteristics. Also, a Semiconductor Optical Amplifier of multiple quantum wells was used which was adjusted in such a way that meets certain parameters specified in data sheets. By using this configuration a regenerated signal was obtained and a subsequent analysis of the results was made describing the obtained relevant findings.Ítem Análisis del proceso de migración de sistemas ópticos monocanales a sistemas ópticos WDM con tasas de transferencia de 40 GBPS en redes de área metropolitana en anilloHortúa Calderón, Carlos Yury; Tunarosa Mariño, David Marcelo; Puerto Leguizamón, Gustavo AdolfoThis document synthesizes the different scenarios that may arise in the face of an imminent migration to WDM optical systems due to the limitations of current technologies and their implementation in the short and medium term. However, there is a lack of analysis about the usage that users (clients) made of learning analytics products, which means, EdTech companies are focusing on the analytics products but have set aside the monitoring of their product effectiveness and real adoption. This project presents the implementation of an ETL architecture adjusted for monitoring the usage of analytics reports applied in a case study in an EdTech company. The process takes data and metadata from interaction with Quicksight dashboards and presents the information in a new dashboard with data visualizations, going through three different stages. This implementation is intended to present information about dashboard usage and provide a tool to improve operational efficiency based on tracking data.Ítem Análisis y diseño de un sistema centralizado de fuentes ópticas para la transmisión y recepción en red de acceso para soporte a 5GRomero Peña, Manuel; Chia Jiménez, Richar Javier; Puerto Leguizamón, Gustavo AdolfoThis document proposes a passive optical system of 20 Gbps, for transmission and reception of two simultaneous services in the access network, using FM modulation and POLMUX as a centralization technique, taking advantage of the orthogonal polarization of magnetic and electrical components from a coherent light beam to the transport of information, providing access to different amounts of users or optical network units (ONU's) by analyzing the behavior of the signal with different lengths of the fiber optic link and configurations in the polarization splitters of the optical link terminal (OLT).Ítem Análisis y Diseño de un Sistema de Centralización de Fuentes Ópticas para una Red de Acceso Pasiva Usando Multiplexación de PolarizaciónDíaz García, Brian Arturo; Galindo Cardenas, Santiago; Puerto Leguizamón, Gustavo AdolfoThis thesis presents the design and simulated validation of some PONs based on PolMUX using a centralized light source system. Optical fibers have been widely used as a transmission medium for data communication networks and local area networks (LAN) for many years. Under its light weight, compact size and bandwidth, optical fibers have appropriate characteristics to replace conventional copper cable networks. However, taking into account the broad advantages of fiber optics, research projects in this area go beyond data transmission; among the topics that can be found in this branch fiber optic sensors are developed. Some features that have been decisive when promoting research of fiber optic sensors are the unique advantages they offer, such as immunity to electromagnetic interference, low weight and volume, long life, among others. Based on the established, this proposal presents the design of a network of optical sensors using the network topology national fiber optic project (PNFO). This was done in order to take advantage of the largest national fiber optic network in the country, in an optical sensing technology that has been developed to the point that today can be measured almost any physical variable of interest.Ítem Análisis y evaluación de la virtualización de redes Inalámbricas con SDNSegura Revelo, Diego Alejandro; Morales Romero, Sergio Mateo; Puerto Leguizamón, Gustavo AdolfoThe virtualization of wireless networks is an objective in the current global situation where providers cannot meet the demand for data traffic and where wireless devices increasingly occupy more place in everyday life. In this research we focused on giving an objective comparison between conventional networks and virtualized networks with SDN based on results, results that were obtained by making use of tools such as Mininet together with the ONOS controller and the Cisco Packet Tracer network simulation environment. The experimentation of seven network topologies allowed us to evaluate various scenarios and obtain twenty-eight measurements in QoS (Quality of Service) parameters, as well as bandwidth and throughput measurements of the virtualized networks with SDN. From these results we concluded that the networks that make use of an SDN controller for their virtualization are superior to conventional networks, due to their ease of implementation, maintenance, low delay rates, high bandwidth and throughput.Ítem Aplicación de las redes definidas por software en el contexto del internet de las cosasBaquero Rojas, Miguel Angel; Garcia Perdomo, Fabian Rene; Puerto Leguizamón, Gustavo AdolfoCurrently there are so many distributed sensor networks that allow the monitoring and sensing of different features, which have implemented in different sectors. The SDN paradigm provides an environment that allows for optimal control and centralized monitoring with a scalable network that is constantly growing and changing, where resources could be modified based on the services offered by the sensors. This project is focused at working this problem by physically implementing the concept of software defined networks, in order to determine the range in the context of IoT systems. Scenarios and topologies have proposed, in order to observe the possibilities offered by the SDN paradigm, thinking about the applicability of the network virtualization concept observing the impact that the managing bandwidths can have in the real implementation.
