Bearing in mind that the plans for the allocation of new bands of the radio spectrum are made differently in each country, it is clear that the most critical cases of compatibility and coexistence of systems will be presented at the borders. The current "Binational Agreement signed for the allocation and use of radio frequencies for the operation of sound broadcasting stations and open VHF and UHF television" between Colombia and Ecuador of 2015 marks the current state of the band at the border. Now that Colombia has allocated the 614-698 MHz band for IMT services, while Ecuador keeps it allocated for television broadcasting, various interference scenarios will be presented. With the purpose of carrying out activities that allow to review the studies that Colombia will carry out related to the compatibility and sharing of the 600 MHz band in the border area, between the broadcasting services of television (analogue and digital) and IMT, in order To define an agreement for the use of the spectrum in the 600 MHz band, the binational commitment No. 10 is signed, which states "Establish a cooperation framework for the effective coordination of the use of the 600 MHz band in the border areas" . To carry this out, the ANE proposes to develop the tasks related to the cooperation framework in agreement with the District University. El objetivo del presente manual es mostrar una descripción de cada uno de los paneles de la herramienta, el paso a paso desde iniciar un proyecto, describiendo cada uno de los componentes que se deben cargar para poder trabajar con la herramienta de forma elocuente, mostrando diferentes procesos para la simulación en diferentes servicios como cobertura y radioenlace de microondas y análisis de interferencia, para finalmente obtener los archivos exportables compatibles con el software.
