Ítem Análisis de los indicadores de accidentalidad en las localidades de Kennedy, Teusaquillo y La Candelaria por medio de un S.I.G. (sistema de información geográfica)Loaiza Alvarez, Paola Andrea; Jiménez Timón, César Arturo; Pardo Pinzón, JannethAccording to the National Road Safety Observatory, Between January and September of 2017, a total of 4,707 people died and 27,776 injured in Colombia valued by legal medicine; where 25.2% are pedestrians, 51.3% motorcyclists and 7.6% passenger or passenger, 5.5% driver, 5.2% bicycle users. (ONSV, 2017). Each year, 1.35 million people die in the world as a result of traffic accidents, costing most countries 3% of their GDP, causing more than half of the deaths that affect vulnerable users, that is, pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists. (Salud O. M., 2018). Presenting as high indicators the high speeds, being in a drunken or drugged state, fatigue or micro dreams, not respecting the visibility or stopping distance between vehicles, or simply mechanical failures, for the above, it is necessary to recognize the increasing accident rate of all users who face daily use of the roads. On this occasion, a geographic information system (S.I.G.) will be used as a production and decision-making tool, using it in information processing and analysis taking into account all the advantages it provides for territorial planning, inventories, route management, among others. Based on the information collected, it will be georeferenced in order to obtain geostatistical and geo-located data from the Kennedy, Teusaquillo and La Candelaria localities. The foregoing through the georeferencing of all relevant information for the respective analysis, to be visualized on a map to reach a better understanding of the accidents registered in the city and in this way propose possible actions to prevent and reduce mortality rates.
