Ítem Estudio técnico de aplicación de alumbrado público con Pv a la zona deportiva del barrio Verbenal SurGómez Pedraza, Sandra Milena; Quintero Ramirez, Ingrid Lorena; Giral Ramírez, Diego ArmandoThe sun supplies energy in the form of radiation, this energy is generated through the fusion of atoms into denser elements, part of the mass of these atoms is transformed into energy. Only a small portion of the sun's radiation reaches the Earth's surface, about 1𝑥1018𝑘𝑊ℎ / 𝑎. This amount of energy is equivalent to approximately 10,000 times the energy requirements of the earth. (Manuel, Juan and Calderón 2019). Therefore, solar energy can be considered as one of the cleanest and most abundant sources of renewable energy, with versatility for innumerable uses, basically consisting of the implementation of photovoltaic panels that capture the solar radiation that passes through the atmosphere and transform it in useful energy. It has qualities in terms of low maintenance cost, zero emissions per generation, versatility of uses, easy implementation among others. In the present work, the existing potential for the implementation of photovoltaic solar energy in the sports area of the El Verbenal south neighborhood will be analyzed and evaluated as an alternative, economic and autonomous energy solution that provides direct benefits to a vulnerable population. Emphasizing the radiation index (potential) that exists in the demographic zone under study, the fundamental basis for the development of the project; later the technical analysis will be carried out for the selection of the necessary components for the lighting system such as, poles, luminaires, solar panels, photocells, inverters and batteries. During the selection of components, the efficiency and cost of the same will be decisive. Next, the design of lighting proposed for the sports area will be presented, in compliance with the regulations in force in the country, to finally raise the cost analysis of the project and conclude with the viability of the project.Ítem Modernización de instalaciones convencionales a un sistema BMS (Building Management System) para edificaciones de asistencia médicaDaza Urrego, Alexander; Gómez Pedraza, Sandra Milena; Rodríguez Molano, José IgnacioIn this document, a study was developed to implement a centralized control in health care buildings, with the function of improving the use of resources and generating energy efficiency in the internal subsystems within a building, such as lighting, HVAC ( Air conditioning and mechanical ventilation), security systems, access control systems, fire detection, hydraulic systems among others. The document presents the results of the project, including the market study, generalities of the technical and administrative analysis, together with an addition to the environmental study, to justify the importance of using smart building management tools, such as, centralized systems BMS (BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) which are evidenced in greater detail in later chapters.
