Ítem Alternativa de Solución para la Visualización de las Rutas y Ubicación Geográfica en Tiempo Real para el Sistema de Trasporte PúblicoSalamanca Vera, Juan Manuel; Camacho Jaimes, Luciano Alejandro; Mancilla Gaona, GiovaniMobility of the population in large cities is one of the main topics to be covered within the citizen's policies. To this end, constant strategies are developed to provide transportation alternatives that cover these needs. As cities grow, so does the means of transportation offered to the people of a city, this has created different problems in finding available and fast routes, increasing arrival times from one location to another. The use of the technology used for this project represents an efficient alternative for the location of the means of transport available within a city, to this is added the ability to accurately obtain the location of the available vehicles and their travel. The development of this project exploited the internal hardware and software features of Android devices, such as the use of GPS modules, GSM, accelerometers, compasses, among others, to develop an efficient alternative for the geographical location of public transport vehicles. Using an application developed for Android and installed on a Tablet or Smartphone and assigned to a driver, route and a public transport vehicle can be obtained in real time information such as; Travel, vehicle location, number of stops, among others. All this data will be displayed in an Android application with user function, which will take the data of the geographical positions that the driver application has sent to a centralized Web server.Ítem Telemetría a través de redes de área extensa de Baja Potencia (LPWA) y en coexistencia con el internet de las cosas (IoT)Camacho Jaimes, Luciano Alejandro; Montes Valencia, Andres Eduardo; Gomez Paredes, Juan CarlosThis article discusses some of the LPWAN solutions applied to IoT in terms of low energy consumption. The purpose is to present the technologies in context to the coexistence of existing networks in which the characteristics, topology and technical aspects of each representative are inspected. LPWA networks licensed (EC-GSM-IoT, NB-IoT) and unlicensed (LoRa, SixFox)
