A partir de este problema se plantea una solución para automatizar este proceso con el desarrollo de un plugin para el software de Sistemas de Información Geográfica: ArcGIS. Para el desarrollo e implementación del plugin, se recurre a la metodología de programación ágil XP (Extreme Programing), En este documento se se evidencian las fases de programación del plugin AAPDE: Planificación, Diseño, Implementación y Validación y pruebas y finalmente se muestran resultados y conclusiones.This graduation project expose the problem that many entities have to manually delimit the afferent areas of oil spill, an important input to define spill routes in the emergency plans for oil spills.
