El objetivo del proyecto descrito en este documento es el de permitirle a la Universidad Distrital abrir un nuevo canal de comunicación destinado a la resolución de preguntas que frecuentemente surgen sobre algún proceso mismo de la universidad; a partir de la creación de un prototipo de Chatbot desplegado en Hangouts. El chatbot será implementado utilizando técnicas de machine learning por lo cual tendrá un procesador de lenguaje natural, de esta forma la comunidad de la universidad podrá interactuar con él de una manera sencilla.Chatbot systems allow immediate responses to questions that exist within the process of a business or the like.
