Las personas que se resistan a dejarse vacunar o que impidan que sus hijos, mujeres o dependientes sean vacunados, sufrirán una multa de uno a veinticinco pesos. Artículo 2º todos los padres o jefes de familia y los directores de escuelas, colegios u otros establecimientos que tengan niños u otras personas de cualquier edad a su cargo, dispondrán lo conveniente, bajo la multa de diez a cincuenta pesos, para que antes de un mes estén todos vacunados.
