Se divide el estudio en capítulos basados en el análisis o tipo de estudio que se realiza para que se permitan conocer detalles y tomar decisiones certeras sobre qué tan conveniente sería la creación de una empresa con las características mencionadas. Se identifican aspectos técnicos relativos a las soluciones que se implementarían, aspectos legales, mercadotécnicos, financieros y del orden administrativo; el resultado obtenido es que una empresa de las características mencionadas es viable de crear siempre y cuando se cuenten con capacidades y recursos que soporten su operación.This document evidences the compendium of evaluations that were carried out to determine if it is viable or not the creation of a consulting company in charge of designing, implementing, advising and maintaining Urban Systems of Sustainable Drainage in the city of Bogotá D.C. The study is divided into chapters based on the analysis or type of study that is carried out in order to know details and make accurate decisions on how convenient would be the creation of a company with the above characteristics.
