Para ello se diseña y desarrolla un modelo integral de diagnóstico de las PYMES, que facilite la toma de decisiones y posterior mejora del área de Medio Ambiente y Calidad de la empresa. Este sistema de diagnóstico permite implementar un proceso de aprendizaje organizacional, es decir, que la empresa de manera continua y sistemática, se embarque en un proceso para obtener el máximo provecho de sus experiencias aprendiendo de ellas, específicamente enfocadas al área funcional de Medio Ambiente y Calidad, sirviendo de insumo para que se de capacitación específica a las PYMES en temas coyunturales, de manera que se mitiguen los problemas definidos en el diagnósticos realizado de manera sistemática con el resultado de esta investigación.The present project allows a new point of view for the analysis and diagnosis of SMEs, as well as a basis for supporting and improving productivity and competitiveness levels in productive organizations, constituting a new approach to management and business decision making.
