Por otra parte, se podrá acceder a un nuevo mercado de almacenaje siendo este un nuevo servicio ofrecido a sus clientes o habitantes de la ciudad, con un sistema térmico eficaz que permita el almacenamiento de productos, contemplando que tienen diferentes requerimientos de almacenaje. Se regirá a partir de las normas técnicas para el almacenamiento de perecederos y no perecederos cumpliendo con esto los requerimientos legales establecidos en la ley. Entre los términos más importantes encontrados en este proyecto son tales como potencia frigorífica lo que hace referencia a la cantidad de frío a producir, o usando términos propios de la industria, la cantidad de calor que se debe extraer de un ambiente. Y la potencia energética se define por la cantidad de energía producida para llegar a la temperatura ideal.This project aims to provide the company OIKOS with a design of cold warehouses to expand the portfolio of services that it needs, it can be the basis for an improvement to the application of a new refrigeration system and even use it as a model at the time of quotation with different companies for the adaptation of those wineries.
