En el desarrollo de la propuesta se evidencia que se deben realizar varios cambios y mejoras al interior y exterior del mismo, con lo cual no solamente la transición a laboratorio sería más fluida, sino que además permitirá la mejora en procesos que demoran bastante tiempo o su progreso es bastante embarazoso. Todo esto con el fin de que el laboratorio de geodesia y topografía no sea de uso exclusivo del Instituto si no que sea para uso público también generando dividendos para uso del Instituto.This proposal describes the general guidelines that must be followed to make a transition from what is now a warehouse of geodesy and topography in the IGAC to become a laboratory of geodesy and topography.
