Por esto, uno de los primeros pasos de la sociedad fue solicitar un lugar para levantar un edificio adaptable a la escuela lancasteriana, debido a esto, se dio que una parte del solar del Observatorio estaba disponible, se puso en marcha con el presupuesto dado, con un resultado de un edificio sólido, cómodo, espacioso y elegante para tender una escuela con excelente bienestar, enseñanza y moral evangélica.
