Para ello se seguirá todo el procedimiento normativo y técnico expuesto dentro de la metodología que utiliza el Instinto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi bajo los parámetros técnicos para este tipo de valuación masiva teniendo en cuenta que serán elaboradas para una franja de terreno paralela al eje del corredor vial que será base para la negociación de los predios afectados por el proyecto. Estas son necesarias para establecer una referencia aproximada al valor de las franjas de terreno a adquirir por parte del concesionario que vaya a desarrollar la pavimentación. De acuerdo con esto se establece la investigación de los conceptos que se utilizaran y una metodología práctica donde se describe el procedimiento planificado, para la adquisición de datos y la determinación del valor suelo en la zona de estudio.The project to be carried out consists of studying, analyzing and applying the technical procedures to elaborate the Physical Homogeneous Zones and the Geoeconomic Homogeneous Zones in the road corridor that connects the corregimiento of La Palma and the municipality of Arcabuco located in the departments of Santander and Boyacá, this in order to establish the values of the land and to serve as a reference for the projection of the road infrastructure which is projected to pave in a short term what was agreed between the Governors of both departments in the month of September of the year 2020.
