A partir de la pregunta sobre cómo la atmósfera influye en la dramaturgia actoral y en la creación escénica, propongo una comprensión del trabajo del actor desde la experiencia sensorial, la percepción y la relación entre cuerpo, espacio y atmósfera. Basada en la observación, la atención plena y la escucha activa, exploro cómo el cuerpo sensible se convierte en un medio expresivo que construye atmósferas vivas y significativas. Apoyada en las ideas de Peter Zumthor y Michael Chejov, desarrollo una mirada sobre la dramaturgia del cuerpo, en la que la experiencia del actor se transforma en narrativa y el espacio en un organismo que se modifica a través de la presencia. Concluyo que la atmósfera escénica no es un fondo decorativo, sino una creación colectiva que surge de la sensibilidad, entendida como el motor esencial del hecho teatral.This thesis is a reflection on my creative and acting process in the performance Atmósferas, inspired by Teatro para minutos by Juan Mayorga. Based on the question of how atmosphere influences acting dramaturgy and scenic creation, I propose an understanding of the actor’s work through sensory experience, perception, and the relationship between body, space, and atmosphere. Grounded in observation, mindfulness, and active listening, I explore how the sensitive body becomes an expressive medium that builds living and meaningful atmospheres. Drawing on the ideas of Peter Zumthor and Michael Chekhov, I develop a perspective on the dramaturgy of the body, in which the actor’s experience transforms into narrative and the space becomes an organism that changes through presence.
