Para cumplir con esto se realizó un diagnóstico en cada área distinta para tener un punto de inicio como referencia, luego se presentó la idea muy general a la gerencia, sabiendo que debe estar respaldada por la misma, continuando, se realizó una capacitación semanal de cada una de las “S”, luego una implementación y una evaluación mediante fotos y la misma prueba inicial, donde se vería el antes y después, se llega a la conclusión de que las 5s es de seguimiento continuo y de mucha capacitación no solo con el tema, sino de liderazgo y compromiso por parte de los colaboradores ya que sin ellos no seria posible lograr el objetivo.The 5S is a simple method that allows to establish and maintain improvements with the commitment of the entire organization in terms of order and cleanliness issues, all this through the PHVA cycle, this project is aimed at the implementation of the 5S in OSC Telecoms & security solutions SAS.
