En los distritos parroquiales en que se establezcan galleras con carácter público, los Cabildos respectivos reglamentarán estos establecimientos. Finalmente esta Ordenanza es dada en Bogotá, a 25 de septiembre de 1850, firmado por El Presidente, El Secretario y El Gobernador de la provincia de Bogotá.
