El según factor es la interventoría, la cual está encargada de llevar el control desde el inicio hasta la entrega final del proyecto vial, debe vigilar el cumplimiento del contrato, estudios técnicos, diseños, trámites, pólizas en conclusión todo lo que se requiera para la adecuada ejecución del proyecto.In the structural road projects there are two important factors that allow the construction to be properly developed in legal, technical and administrative terms, among others, the first factor is the construction company because it carries out the studies, design and construction of the road(s) .If there are faults in any of these phases the final result will not have the characteristics of durability and quality that are required in any type of roadworks.
