Lo anterior, mediante la caracterización de los usuarios del Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, con el fin de obtener las características y necesidades de información de los ciudadanos que acceden a los servicios y trámites para orientar la oferta institucional, y con ello fomentar la participación efectiva y mejorar la capacidad de respuesta de los gobiernos hacia sus ciudadanos, mediante la implementación de nuevas estrategias. Así como también el desarrollo del proceso de la articulación del cumplimiento del compromiso de país en la Alianza para el Gobierno Abierto - AGA, referente a la oferta de formación virtual en el tema priorizado "cambio climático, áreas protegidas y deforestación".The purpose of this document is to present the development of the internship carried out at the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development, in the Coordinating Unit for Open Government, whose objective was to work on strengthening the management of PQRSD, from a multichannel systematization strategy that allowed streamlining its classification, classification and addressing with an orientation towards the quality of responses and compliance with the terms established in Law 1755 of 2015.
