Se tiene como objetivo, analizar las interacciones entre las familias y los docentes en los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje de los niños y niñas matriculados en el liceo infantil Nani durante el año 2021 para reconocer y fortalecer las prácticas de la gestión académica. Finalmente, desde la gestión directiva es una acción de planeación y organización que pretende divulgar esas prácticas, para que los agentes pedagógicos y el Liceo infantil Nani se fortalezca como comunidad y aportar como institución a la sociedad, generando vínculos adecuados y fuertes en los procesos educativos que tienen los niños y niñas en esta etapa de su desarrollo. Acorde a la política de acompañamiento en la formación de los niños y niñas, es necesario estar al tanto de sus interacciones fuera de la institución, tener una relación comunicativa con su familia y reconocer el ambiente en el que se desenvuelven.
