La intención investigativa se centró en analizar, desde la gestión académica, los procesos de cumplimiento y diseño pedagógico del área de educación artística realizada en el año 2022. Por la cual se buscaba responder la pregunta ¿Cómo hacer de la caracterización del diseño pedagógico del área de formación artística del Gimnasio Campestre los Alpes una herramienta desde la gestión académica para proponer una matriz FODA que genere aportes en la construcción de un protocolo de manejo para la implementación de los lineamientos curriculares en el área? De esta manera, la investigación se ha desarrollado a partir de una metodología cualitativa. En primer lugar, se realizó una revisión documental para el análisis de la organización curricular de la institución, con la cual fuera factible, posteriormente, contrastar dicha información con las voces de directivos, docentes y estudiantes a partir de la realización de entrevistas semiestructuradas y la descripción de resultados con el apoyo del software Atlas ti. En tercer lugar, y con los datos obtenidos, se realizó una triangulación de la información para identificar el papel del arte en el currículum del Gimnasio Campestre los Alpes y poder establecer, en cuarto lugar, una relación desde, el diseño pedagógico, la organización y planeación curricular del área de formación para la educación artística. Finalmente, para hacer del trabajo investigativo un campo de acción, se realizó una matriz FODA que permita generar un protocolo del manejo de los lineamientos curriculares para el área de educación artística. Por consiguiente, el documento ha sido dividido en cuatro capítulos, iniciando con el marco de referencia donde se aborda la problemática del estudio y se explica la intencionalidad investigativa, a través de la justificación y el planteamiento de los objetivos, conceptos y fundamentos de la investigación. En el segundo capítulo se aborda el marco teórico, donde se resaltan las bases teóricas para el desarrollo y estructuración del estudio, así como la consolidación de cada categoría de análisis. En el tercer capítulo se da cuenta del sustento metodológico que guía el trabajo investigativo, así como su pertinencia a lo propuesto desde el primer apartado. Finalmente, el último capítulo expone los resultados y el análisis de los mismos a la luz de los objetivos de la investigación. En este último apartado, se dejan planteadas conclusiones y recomendaciones a la institución educativa.The present work dates from a research carried out at the Gimnasio Campestre los Alpes, located in Calera-Cundinamarca. The third chapter provides an account of the methodological support that guides the investigative work, as well as its relevance to what was proposed in the first section.
