El presente proyecto extrapola el concepto simbiosis en una composición musical, con el fin de explorar las relaciones que pueden surgir entre un intérprete humano y la máquina, en este caso una población de entidades sónicas autónomas, en las cuales hay una programación que facilita la autonomía, la indeterminación, la toma de decisiones y los procesos que permiten la evolución, hibridación y mutación del material sonoro. Esta relación simbiótica es determinada, controlada y/o direccionada por un director/intérprete (mentor) en tiempo real por medio de un mecanismo de control. Finalmente, se plantean reflexiones en torno a la relación entre el ser humano y la máquina en un ecosistema sonoro, debatiendo el aporte que puede tener la creatividad artificial tanto para el compositor como para el intérprete.Symbiosis 1.0 Symbiosis 1.0 is a composition for Colombian Andean Bandola and Sonic Entities, with the possibility of making use of other instruments thanks to the flexibility of the programmed system, where some concepts and techniques of artificial intelligence, evolutionary computation and bio-inspired strategies are applied, that is to say programming mechanisms based on the processes of evolution and biological selection.
