Esta investigación logro recoger la información necesaria para llevar a cabo el estudio de tiempos, establecer diagramas de flujo que sirvieran de apoyo para interpretar los procesos de producción y cursogramas los cuales muestran al detalle las actividades y el tiempo exacto que toman en realizarse, así como la distancia de cada actividad. En el transcurso de esta investigación se logró identificar métodos poco eficientes para lograr la maximización de la producción, por tal motivo se ideo un balanceo en línea el cual permitió lograr este objetivo, el cual fue apoyado con el diseño de herramientas que hicieran más fácil algunas actividades.In the development of this work, a study was initiated to take the production times of 12 bakery and confectionery references of the Juan Valdez company, with which studies of routes, methods and times would be carried out, which will allow them to continue searching continuous improvement and achieving organizational success translated into achieving its objectives and maximizing its productivity. This research managed to collect the necessary information to carry out the study of times, establish flowcharts that would serve as support to interpret the production processes and flowcharts which show in detail the activities and the exact time they take to be carried out, as well as the distance of each activity.
