De igual forma se busca establecer indicadores sobre la ejecución del proyecto que permiten realizar retroalimentación del proceso, necesario en el contexto del mercado Colombiano de la industria del software, buscando alternativas que permitan adecuar las acciones operativas y administrativas hacia la optimización de su desempeño, en un entorno y ecosistema favorable pero altamente competitivo.The present research project describes the steps, the methodologies used, the theoretical approaches necessary for its conceptualization, and the planned planning exercise to obtain the expected result, consisting of the development of a software prototype, which allows adapting the structural organization of the company Coldinamic SAS to the Scrum development model, including general management modules for the Scrum framework and a module for software quality management based on the ISO / IEC 25000 series of standards that add additional value to the implementation of each of the company’s software projects.
