Se recopilaron los diferentes antecedentes catastrales que permitan establecer la propiedad de los bienes inmuebles donde operan los aeropuertos Alfonso López Pumarejo (Valledupar- Cesar), Hato Corozal (Hato Corozal – Casanare), Simón Bolívar (Santa Marta - Magdalena) y Yariguíes (Barrancabermeja – Santander), se actualizó la información catastral de los inmuebles mencionados destinados a la operación de aeropuertos, identificando linderos, áreas y comparación con los documentos jurídicos que acreditan la propiedad a la Nación, se consultó la información catastral de los inmuebles mencionados en el Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi (IGAC) mediante el Geoportal y la Ventanilla Única de Registro (V.U.R) y se comparó la información catastral consultada con la documentación jurídica, con el objeto de identificar posibles inconsistencias en el procedimiento de actualización y conservación catastral realizada por el Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi de los inmuebles mencionados y se generaron los documentos técnicos donde se caracterizan las inconsistencias catastrales identificadas con sus respectivas observaciones y recomendaciones después de realizar la revisión de los inmuebles mencionados. Se Diseñó un aplicativo que permite la estructuración de los documentos jurídicos, técnicos y catastrales que permita la consulta de la información correspondiente a los inmuebles mencionados de una manera rápida y eficiente.The internship frames the support given to the Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aeronáutica Civil, in this report the following activities developed during the practice are presented. We collected the different cadastral antecedents that allow to establish the property of this where the airports operate Alfonso López Pumarejo (Valledupar- Cesar), Hato Corozal (Hato Corozal - Casanare), Simón Bolívar (Santa Marta - Magdalena) and Yariguíes (Barrancabermeja - Santander), updated the cadastral information of the aforementioned buildings destined to the operation of airports, identifying boundaries, areas and comparison with the legal documents that accredit the property to the Nation, consulted the cadastral information of the real estate mentioned in the Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi (IGAC) through the Geoportal and the Secretaria de Notariado y Registro through the Ventanilla Unica de Registro (V.U.R.) and compared the cadastral information consulted with legal documentation, in order to identify possible inconsistencies in the updating and cadastral conservation procedure carried out by the Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi of the aforementioned properties and the technical documents were generated where the cadastral inconsistencies identified with their respective observations and recommendations are characterized after reviewing the aforementioned properties.
