El factor que sitúa la problemática de estudio presenta al individuo desde el contexto identificado como educativo, analizando una serie de variables que merecen una manifestación frente al lugar, formación educacional en educación superior tecnológica, desde el comportamiento de los jóvenes estudiantes, del centro de servicios financiero del SENA Regional Distrito Capital, quienes abordan procesos educativos a nivel tecnológico, con el fin de profesionalizar su práctica académica y productiva. En esta circunstancia la característica emergente, del proceso de interacción en el comportamiento del sujeto dentro del ambiente de formación, que naturaliza, delimita y sitúa el escenario en el que actúa, propicia el discurso que incluso de forma inconsciente, construye elementos que configuran valores particulares, propios, subjetivos, semiológicamente vinculados con el medio en que el sujeto convive.This research report evidences the discourse in technological higher education, from its reception in the sociocultural context of the city of Bogota, benefiting mainly the educational community and the surrounding macro-environment, it is important to abstract the situation of higher technological education In the context of the critical discourse, being necessary that the educational scenario and the socio-cultural scenario dialogues, allowing the convergence of both in favor of the subject.
